Computer support specialists provides help and advice to people and organizations using computer software or equipment. Some, called computer network support specialists, support information technology (IT) employees within their organization. Your typical work day will mainly have full-time work schedules; however, many do not work typical 9-to-5 jobs. Vandy works from 7am - 7pm with on call rotations Education Requirements: A wide range of skills used in different computer support jobs, there are many paths into the occupation. A bachelor’s degree is required for vertical advancement into computer positions, Pay Scale: It varies based on your location and skill experience. Range is from $10/hr - $24.hr.
